0. Quite simply. At a coffee shop, everyone , as usual, all into their gadgets - phones,tablets,laptops. Today is a day off, but there is no one to do anything with. Seems like Facebook and social media has ruined the world because no one interacts like the old days.

I am always scared. :( I wake up every day being scared, and for a long time I was scared of everything, and sometimes I still am, but-- I do it, somehow.

I am wondering if I should write down what I want to say...

I don't know how they would take that,

These people denied me food for not talking...

I forget they think I am schizophrenic and not autistic BUT I have medical records that says autism spectrum disorder... I don't know how that is going to go over too.

So many ways for this to go wrong, I would stay here but I am pretty sure I'll end up in the ER if medically untreated...
