I make all kinds of stupid mistakes. I want to forgive myself, but I’m so impulsive...I know I’ll do it again! I don’t know how to stop making mistakes and just be a normal human being who sails smoothly through life and doesn’t upset people. I hope I haven’t done anything too bad.

You might want to watch the movie Wonder and pay attention to how the various characters deal with conflict. For some Aspies, it might even be worth purchasing and studying, as it covers a bunch of really important issues. As it just came out I carefully worded this to avoid giving out any spoilers.
