does anyone else take advantage of nice people?

i mean, all my friends have completely cut me off. nobody likes me. but i still always end up texting this girl i went to highschool with when i am really lonely. i know she doesnt really like me, but she will always text back just because she is too nice not to. its like im taking advantage of her kindness. i dont want to bother her, but i just cant handle the loneliness sometimes. does anyone else do this with nice people? should i stop?

No, you shouldn't stop unless you have some indication that you are actually bothering her. Don't make the mistake of ascribing negative feelings to her or thinking she doesn't like you; she may see something deeper in you that the others are totally missing. Especially if she's been around you since highschool! If she's truly a "nice one" then believe me, she will come well prepared with a whole host of things she can say to gently and even sternly blow you off. She hasn't done that.
