playing a primus riff in my head over and over again for the past couple hours, tapping my tongue on different parts of my teeth, alernating tensing of muscles in legs

I'm not. I was...physically and emotionally conditioned as a child to not visibly or audibly stem.

Oh, wait...I'm very subtly but with perfect rhythm tapping my canine teeth on one side and tensing my big toe against the top of my shoe to the same beat but halved (once again, sorry I don't know the actual musical terms for this. There's no song, anyway).

Ha, parents and pediatrician of mine decades ago; take THAT!

I'm twisting, rolling and tearing the corner of a tissue to bits. It's a new habit of mine.

Moving my toes in my shoes, slightly grinding my teeth and moving my tongue over my teeth, biting my lips.

I yawn when bored :P
(Often happens in the car ... I can literally yawn 3 times in a minute, for minutes on end!)

I'm playing with a pink and purple Tangle Jr toy and bouncing my left leg up and down. :)

Bouncing my left leg up and down to the beat of the song I'm listening to.

I'm stimming with my Tangle Relax - it's like a Tangle Jr but covered in a nice-feeling rubbery texture with lil nubbins all over it. :) It's one of my favorite Tangles.

Hair tugging is a common one for me. I find myself doing it unconsciously all the time.

Asymetrically bouncing my legs, 1 min ago.

Walking in circles, slightly hopping. In a weird sneaking pose, I can see my shadow on the wall; it doesn't look like I'm functionally walking... but it's fun. ^^
