Watching my son perform in a play. He has ASD too, and I was always into acting and performing when I was younger.

I think many on the spectrum are acting constantly anyway, trying to be like people want us to be, so it's not a big stretch.

I'm at a 21st party with mostly people I don't know. Just a few years ago being surrounded only by people I don't know and having to socialise with them would have freaked me out so much but now I'm fine with it :)
