I need to start eating healthy. I also need to cut out the cola and drink water. I remember a time in the Mid-90s when I didn't drink caffeine or eat too many sweets.

Try eating something and then see how you feel. I know that I tend to be in a bad mood whenever I'm hungry. Apparently it's common enough to warrant its own slang term - "hangry" (portmanteau of hungy & angry).

I almost knocked over a $10,000 piece of equipment yesterday. Not sure why I got so careless. Maybe it was an off-day, maybe the pain of rear-end issues finally clouded my judgement. It's stuff like that that makes me wonder if my mom is right about me, but at the same time I feel it's best not to give credence to what hasn't been 100% proven.

I was watching a giant cargo ship emerge out of the fog this morning. Blowing its cool fog horn. Two tugboats guiding it to dock. And while it was an impressive sight, I was thinking of how much more spectacular an old sailing ship would have looked.
