don’t know... pan fried some canadian bacon and canned pineapple in coconut oil, honey, mirin, pineapple juice, and a little white pepper. then put that over a bowl of white rice. the rice was mixed with rice vinegar, roasted sesame seeds, and crumbled toasted nori(on both sides of a nori sheet, lightly brushed sesame oil on with a folded paper towel, and dusted sea salt over it before crisping it over a burner... then crumbled it into tiny pieces.).
