Snacks. I didn't eat enough today. I may have gotten the bare minimum calories.

Cooking cream of mushroom now and snacking on yogurt with roasted red peppers.
A neighbor gave us the mushrooms that they collected from the forest themselves.

I just made Huevos Rancheros for the first time. I fried the corn tortillas, but, only to the point where they became slightly crisp and quite chewy in texture, which I dont think is authentic, but, never the less, entirely changed the way I experience Huevos Rancheros. Incredibly good.

Subway...seems to be my newest obsession lately. If only it was a cheaper obsession.

Coffee, chocolate glucerna, cinnamon, and a handful of pills.

Last night I had Stouffer's turkey dinner. Very good.

Nothing short of delicious.
