People have been amazingly kind lately:

1) The guy who came to fix my washing machine wouldn't take payment.

2) When I was a bit shocked by the price of some necessary items at the chemist, the pharmacy assistant gave me all their samples, free.

3) The lady that I used to buy organic veg from stopped by and gave me a box of leftover veg, free.

I feel very blessed. :heart:

I went out today :D :D :heart: , I went to my bank then I had lunch at one of my fave places, they have burgers, fries & shakes, I had a double cheeseburger with sweet potato fries & reeses pieces shake :heart: It was weird going out in my town in a wheelchair.

It may feel weird but it's great your trying to go out treated yourself. Your making a lot of progress both physically & mentally since you hurt your ankle & you deserve to treat yourself.

I bought some ridiculously cheap, slip on shoes from Kmart and they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.
Look pretty good too.
May be going back for a pair in every colour...

The Toastmasters meeting last night was successful and fun. Things look as though they are improving. I also got a certificate for my service to the organization and lot of nice compliments.
