Trick knee acting up. Can be managed, but is annoying. Hurrah for patella straps

I get “water on the knee” on a cyclic basis. It really sucks.

@Kraftie: Oh ick, yes that does. Mine is just chondromalacia - I'm loose-jointed, sometimes stuff slips a bit and needs bracing. So far (knock on wood) it's always realigned itself, if treated right. Yours needs a lot more intervention. Whew.

@Ferris: sorry you're going through it too. I've wondered if fractious guts and wobbly joints are standard equipment on the Aspie model, more than once.

I've lost yet another friend, and I am brokenhearted. How does it happen that the one person you would feel best talking to when hurting, is the person who can no longer be there. I feel horrible, also, for expressing it, as people are hurting, starving, and worse, all over the world. My heart is broken. Forgive me.

Thank you for your empathy, Esme. It helps, a lot. I would have replied, earlier, however, I just returned to see your post. Thank you, again.

i hope so too britte, but hope is waning rapidly.

i have been searching for methods, answers, closure...for five years now, and that's a lot when you've been around for only 20.

That is, indeed, a lot of time to wait for answers, methods and closure, and, to begin to move forward. You may have residual grief that hasn't been processed, or, perhaps it is a matter of letting go of the person or the experience, in it's entirety. I could recommend some excellent literature, pertaining to the grieving process, and grieving the loss of a loved one, if you would like me to. An understanding of grief and the process of grieving, could be extremely, beneficial to you and your plight, if I may say so. I'm sorry I had not seen your post, sooner. I hope you will receive this, at some point. If you were to want to converse with me, about anything, I would be happy to help you, in any way that I can. I am not a doctor, obviously, but, I have a good bit of personal experience in this area. ~Wishing you peace.

I wanted to PM you with that little tidbit about Stravinsky—but you’ve blocked your PM function.

Are you feeling a little better?

Any favorite architects?
