It's an unpasteurized, undiluted sake. It's my current favorite. I know that the most expensive sake usually aims for a clean flavor, but this one is different. If you like it a little dirty, look for the red can. Yes, it comes in a can, and it works better than a bottle. Sake suffers enormously from exposure to light. Compare a bottle of a slow seller from the back of the shelf to one from the front of the shelf, and you'll see for yourself.

The company produces several varieties, and if you like clean flavored sake, try the black can. All of them taste exceptional, but the red has that complex flavor of wild-ish yeast. Since it's undiluted, it's also frighteningly strong; exercise caution!

fruit juice, after a nearly 2 day period of drinking only ice water. can't complain about the flavor, or lack thereof, but i do need variety.

cashier saw our three cartons of drink and spewed out "DAYUM, YOU THIRSTY!".

trader joes seems to attract those types.

Lapsang Souchong, trying to switch my coffee out for more black teas. Definitely an acquired taste, that one.
