Anger when attempting to top up

So... have you ever tried to top up your phone credit, only to have to go through twenty "if you want this, press 1..." ... to top it off, with ret*d vodafone at least, at the beginning it says "we've made it easier for you!"

FFFUUU... if that's easy then I have a pink pet unicorn... hiding in my crotch.

Does that labyrinth of an answering machine actually exist? I'd rather be f****d in one ear by a horned rhinoceros, my balls cut by a bear's sharpened claw, and my ass infiltrated by a giraffe's neck than go through that.
