Cliché question but why do people pay their asses off on television and all that stuff when you have the internet?

I also don't get the whole movie theater thing, I personally hate going to them, I just watch a nice movie on my computer or laptop whenever I feel like.

There are many programs you just can't get off the Internet.
As for the movie theater, it's primarily a social thing.

I don't get why people see honesty as rude but it's not rude to call an aspie rude but give them no explanation why. Then call them selfish when they try to justify themselves.

I don't really get why a lot of people are (or at least seem) so shallow.

EDIT: Not saying you people are. Mostly talking about people around me.

Agree with you guys/girls^^

Mine:

- I don't get how people tolerate antipathetic people

- I don't get how your familiy/close relatives can be mad at you and raise their voice at you.

- I don't get SOPA. I had a freaking Megaupload premium

- I don't get people who abuse animals.

- I don't get neighbours who drill 24/7 in their house

- I don't get people who generally put down other people "inferior" to them.

- I don't get why there are high ranking politicians/presidents/whatever who make the decisions for us.

I don't understand how we're expected to constantly talk and talk and talk. If I don't have anything good to say, why try to make small talk? What's wrong with it being quiet? I also don't get a lot of the things that most people find cute or funny.

There's nothing to get. These people have severe emotional problems or want to project their delusions of control and power on the animal.

Its because these people usually feel inadequate, scared or threatened, be it for a tangible reason or because of a mental and chemical imbalance. They feel sad or angry inside, even if they deny it, or the people they claim as inferior make them feel insecure. I dare you a happy person who regularly points down others so far as to see them as inferior. These kind of people bothered me a lot until I realized they were just as upset as me inside or they were simply ignorant. Its very simple really.

For me, I like my sugar, caffeine and nicotine. Someone usually has a problem with that. Yet they see no problem with their alcohol and obsessive sports and rerun watching, or their FB status updates
