do you find they way some people say some things irritating?

I had this boss at K-fart who always said, "yous guys"

When I was in foster care, the sister of one of my foster-siblings said "mouk" instead of milk.

I find the way people say some things quite irritating.

My mother is constantly referring to a lot of things as a "thingy". Also, she is from NZ but talks like an american! Not that there is anything wrong with the american accent...but I would prefer it if she spoke what was "natural" for her.
