Savannah Nix: "Time counts and keeps countin', and we knows now finding the trick of what's been and lost ain't no easy ride. But that's our trek, we gotta' travel it. And there ain't nobody knows where it's gonna' lead. Still in all, every night we does the tell, so that we 'member who we was and where we came from... but most of all we 'members the man that finded us, him that came the salvage. And we lights the city, not just for him, but for all of them that are still out there. 'Cause we knows there come a night, when they sees the distant light, and they'll be comin' home."

There are two insurmountable challenges we all face :
The first one is to live
The second one should be procrastinated until the last possible moment

A few years ago, when I was caught in the middle of an argument between two friends (at this point they were both accusing each other of "stealing me off them"), my Mum said to me,
"You can't steal people, Kate".
She's amazing, she really is.

My other favourite quote is,
"Don't feel alone like the ugly duckling. You too can be a swan."
I got that from a poster at school. It made my day. I like it so much that I put it in my signature.

Blackadder: We told them that if the Queen was having a party, that Nursie always goes as a cow. From that moment, he was doomed. All we had to do was escape, return, and kill the cow.
Queen Elizabeth I: How could you be sure it was not Nursey?
Blackadder: Because, lady, Ludwig was a Master of Disguise. Whereas Nursie is a sad, insane old woman with a udder fixation. All we had to do was kill the one who looked like the cow.

We live in the great indoors: the vacuum cleaner grazes over the carpet, lowing, its udder a swollen wobble.

I used to know this girl who went to Stepping Stones. She used to tell everybody, "It's only a problem, if you make it a problem." :)
