But cottage cheese doesnt taste like anything and the texture is gross.

Plain cottage cheese will taste like that. Variants with onion and chives in aren't bad though. And it's better for you than getting out that big block of Lancashire.

Lol. Well I guess that could work. But why did people think of cottage cheese in the first place?

I like peas, spinach, ricotta and sometomes cottage cheese. . .

However: parsnips should be feed only to murderers and rapists!w

homemade ricotta is much better

parmeasean is wonderful if they let the proteins crystalize

spinach is only good cooked, and kale is usually better

peas are only edible raw in pod

Ricotta cheese doesn't taste good because it's not meant to be eaten straight out of the package. But when it's inside the ravioli, in the lasagna, or on top of your bowl of pasta with meat sauce, then it tastes really good.

Tabasco milk, the absolute worst tasting drink in existance (perhaps). I speak from firsthand experience (what the sflarnarn was I thinking?!)

I bring it up as a comparison (or rather, contrast) to the other foods you all mentioned.
