I hate vintage cheese!! It's crumbly, it smells like dog turds and it tastes terrible! Lowfat cheese is the best!

Stilton does not have worms in it.

Agreed. Ricotta is absolutely nasty, disgusting slime stuff. I attended a birthday party where the mom was enlightened enough that she made lasagna with and without ricotta. The pan of lasanga without ricotta was emptied first and the with ricotta barely got touched. What does that say? Ricotta is just wrong & everyone hates it. I think its some industrial waste product that they try to get rid of by hiding it in frozen lasanga.
