I think you are absolutely onto something very important.

Compassion is a choice - we can step back at anytime and reflect rather than react.

I always step back.

I try to react positively.

I do howl sometimes.

Aw, I'm off here too in a short while.

Got fish fingers and chips in the oven.

Then I will go for a kip so I can sleep tonight.

If I nap too late it keeps me awake most of the night.

My sleep pattern is trying to shift now we are in winter daylight hours.
