However, I prefer my mkultra'd weed over my mkultra'd sequerol. But I guess I was suicidal enough to not get my mkultra'd weed. I assumed you were talking about being killed,

I think the American meaning is whacked as in kinda messed up or not normal, you know kind of like mkultra-ing my ass.

But who is going to believe me, I am on the fringes of society, I am that percent then gets high and does shady crap. Though nothing bad enough to get the federal government after me, that one is a mystery. But outside of being pretty pissed about the invasion of privacy then yeah go ahead and mkultra me, you don't have to worry about me picking between the red pill and the blue pill cause I'll probably take them both :-)
