I think the American meaning is whacked as in kinda messed up or not normal, you know kind of like mkultra-ing my ass.

But who is going to believe me, I am on the fringes of society, I am that percent then gets high and does shady crap. Though nothing bad enough to get the federal government after me, that one is a mystery. But outside of being pretty pissed about the invasion of privacy then yeah go ahead and mkultra me, you don't have to worry about me picking between the red pill and the blue pill cause I'll probably take them both :-)

Serious, I was hacked off here so apparently it can happen to anyone and not only was I hacked but I was hacked in a unix like environment. Why am I here you ask? That is a good question actually but I am mostly here for cathylynn and to complain about all the unconditional spying that is going on.

No doubt in my mind that they still do s**t like that (and they always will), but kind of hard to believe they're still going by that name.

Whacked here means being hit, usually around the head.
Like, you're drunk so you ask to be whacked - and someone punches you in the face to sober you up.

Must remember never to ask to be whacked if I travel outside Aus.

They say "that's whacked!" If something is weird here too.
