Hey Cberg... Do you find the melatonin helps? Havent been able to try it yet... What they gave me in the past was very counter to what i was trying to achieve. Would make me feel like a zombie all the next day so stopped taking them.. Dont know why he wont prescribe them. I have explained my sleep problems a number of times and mentioned i had researched and found melatonin to be helpful for many. But he said he would have to explain if he was audited what it was used for as it is used for sleep!? 8O Just shows he is either a liar or doesn't ever listen to a word i say when i see him.. Plonka!

I tried Melatonin but it never seemed to make any difference.

no prescription needed in the states. that's why i suggested it. another OTC sleep aid here is 50mg benedryl (diphenhydramine).

Yeah, i hear you can pick it up from herbal stores also there..
Government here has only just allowed it to be allowed via prescription only... Total madness but thats politicians for you!

Hmm :chin: Have some antihistamines in my first aid kit down stairs, wander if it has Diphenhydramine in it...

most antihistamines are sedating if you overlook the new ones meant to get around drowsiness. you might give them a shot.

There's a very thick fog this morning.
The river is beautiful with a silent blanket of grey.
I'm very cold and damp though.
Having some soup and coffee.

Biggles and Raleigh, it was fun reading about your surfing experiences. :)

Lillikoi, best of luck in college. Sometimes it only takes one or two good people to open the door socially, maybe one-on-one or in a small group. Also, college classes are so much different than high school ones. Better, I thought.

Cberg, hope you're feeling better today.

Hmm, I was just thinking: why don't most people bother to pronounce foreign names, especially country names, the way the people of that nation pronounce them? It's to the point where it sounds strange to many if someone actually bothers to try.

^Hello.
If you don't mind me asking, have you read any more of my book? I totally understand if you're too busy. :)
