^My anxiety is not your fault. It's my own fear. I do feel quite a bit better.

I'm grateful for the calm I felt when I went fishing this summer.

grateful that obama was president

grateful to live somewhere not too homophobic

grateful for room and board

grateful for metabolism

grateful for health

grateful for computers

grateful for indoor plumbing

grateful for current counselor

grateful for critical thinking skills

grateful for college degree

I'm grateful that I live in Langley where there's no flooding. I feel very bad for the people who live in Huston, Texas and other surrounding areas. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

Grateful that k-12 is over

Grateful for living somewhere Democratic

Grateful for sleeping well

Grateful for critical thinking skills (but that could result in ruminating and could be bad)

Grateful for freedom

Grateful for living in 2017 instead of the :skull: world war ii :P
