That I have people who love me no matter what kind of person I am. Who won't judge me and treat me like sh*t for the things I like and believe. Those people are the only ones who deserve my respect. Whether or not they are real, a figment of my bizarre imagination or online friends. They are better than anyone I have ever encountered in my life. The true light to my existence and not just another person in the cog machine.

I would've committed suicide years ago if it wasn't for them.

I would have to say the ability to do the volunteer work that I do almost every Saturday without fail. I tend to look at it as a sort of symbiosis, as what I give of my time and energy (hopefully) makes a difference to at least one person's somewhere, and the experience in turn gives me a sense of purpose, and for a time makes me feel as though I'm on the same level as others my age (even though in all actuality I haven't accomplished anything anywhere near to what some of the people that are 5 or even 10 years younger than I am have).
