What did you achieve today?

I went to the post office, my bank, & RiteAid. I just needed a couple things from RiteAid, I've been needing to go to my bank for a couple weeks, & I needed to go to the post to pick up packages & I didn't want them to get lost or handed to the wrong person or something cuz that has happened before. Anyways... I would guess that I did an hour of walking. I also only ate popcorn for lunch. My girlfriend had planned to cook today but wasn't feeling the best for it & there wasn't much else that I eat that I can cook or doesn't need to be cooked other than snacks & what I usually eat for breakfast, supper, or have been eating for lunch the last few days. I decided I'd just skip lunch rather than order pizza or pigging out on snacks or something cuz it's cheaper & I need to lose a lot of weight. I've been binge eating & not exercising much thou I'm trying to change. I also shouldn't spend my money eating out or ordering out alot cuz I don't have a lot of money to spare. My girlfriend had some popcorn around the time I was wanting to eat lunch so I ate some of that. She ate some skittles alittle after the popcorn & I had some to. I didn't eat alot thou I was feeling hungry around lunch time. I also didn't eat any other snacks during the day; I just ate what I usually have for breakfast & lunch. I was planning to do alittle exercising too but forgot for a while when I might of done it & then me & my girlfriend ended up fooling around alittle so I counted that as my excerpting or a reason I could skip it instead of doing it latter like I had thought when I remembered.

I got out of bed. getting to be a taller order these days.

I didn't have a meltdown today.

I survived another day.

cleaned up several messes I made.

I called my doctor and told him that my behavioral health doctor wanted him to take over prescribing my Prozac.

found a lost bill under a buncha other stuff

I attended another student event earlier today without my mom finding out what the focus of the event was.

learned better how to tell the wet ones from the dry ones.

I renewed my lease.

I went into the city to cut the grass for my grandma and while in town, picked up the prop for the airplane.

i took a test for fun and i made 73 right answers out of 80. i'm happy not only for my perfomance, but because taking tests is a very good habit that made me happy and i had give up a bit on it because people don't seem to think it's a good thing.

I avoided eating candy.

I went food shopping today, granted I bought a few sugary things, I'm happy I didn't buy any fast food or anything too high in fat.
