I like restrooms without doors. No door to have to touch on the way out after washing my hands.

I open the door, flush the toilet and turn on the sink using my foot.

Where is privacy in this? Besides - most public sinks are automatic (no-touch) and you can open the door by leg or shoulder afterwards.

The doors to the stalls are the privacy. Yes, you can open the door by leg or shoulder, but only if the door opens out. At least in my area, most restroom doors open inward.

The only thing I'll willingly touch in a public toilet is the tap.

You usually have to turn a corner after you enter so you cant see anybody when passing by unless someone is leaving. I dislike the bathrooms where I have to pull the door open to leave instead of pushing it out.

Most public restrooms in my area are the pull the door open to leave type.

I never paid attention which way they open but quite a few of them opens outside. And the ones that don't I open with my elbow and push backward with my feet once they open a little. Piece of cake.

Use of elbows/feet seems a bit too much of a hassle when using your shirt works, whether it's the sleeves of a long-sleeve or the front of the shirt.

I don't. And I would't go anywhere that had a bathroom like that.
