Whatever size fits them and they can be packed in carefully. If you have a lot of glassware (ie. cups, plates, bowls, etc.), I would use smaller boxes that fit less so they are less likely to be dropped and/or break. Use larger boxes for pots/pans, etc. and keep them separate from the glass. And make sure to wrap/pad everything well.
