Checked the book and the reviews - I don't understand how it could be useful to any adult, sexual active woman :?

Not to mention a middle-aged asexual woman.

It's probably very good for young, inexperienced girls - this thread would be more useful in the adolescent forum methinks.

If you're sexually active and confident, then YOU don't need it but some of the people on this site can benefit from it.

I don't know, I looked this book up on Amazon and since it only has one review on it from a parental point of view, I don't know how it would help me. I don't think any book can adequately prepare someone for what losing their virginity is like. One of the bullet points say that you can learn how to "avoid situations that could leave your feeling sad, scared or embarrassed." If I were to live in fear of these things, I wouldn't do anything because ANY situation has the potential to leave you feeling that way. Part of me wishes I could just get it over with so I don't have to be scared of it anymore but then again, I don't see myself getting lucky anytime soon. :/
