Yes.

I understand a lot more than I can articulate or put into words.

I speak simply and I'm not formally educated, but I am well-read and intelligent.

Not many people realize it unless they get to know me.
And not many people want to get to know me because I come across as "abnormal" (whatever that means)

people think i'm the R word.

I've been called a ditz in many different ways some nice some mean
Favourite was being called a pleasant space cadet
