Might have found first house

for the planned intentional community within an already existing community in Pueblo. Technically, it will be my youngest sons house, which will be rented out for a couple of years until the actual community starts to come together. It is tiny,but we will be looking for both small and larger homes. It looks to need mostly cosmetic work,but the realtor said that often there are all sorts of nasty little surprizes that you cannot begin to know until actually seeing the home, which we will tommorrow.

Thanks. They are asking 35. We are going to offer 30, but will go up. Good chance it will already be under contract before we can see it tommorrow. We shall find out. Our appointment is at 8AM tommorrow, because it is a 2 hour drive and we have to open the ice cream shop at noon. If it looks like we'll be doing some serious business, we'll just have a friend open the shop early.
