I'm still into trying to leave the world a better place, even though most ways to act modern make it worse. Too often it feels like one step forward and two steps back. In general, I'm trying to wrap up a lifetime of research and pass it on. I'm considering building a super-mileage car, but nobody copied the first one. I might build a low-tech solid-fuel gas turbine primarily as a better wood stove, or a trailer-mounted rig to capture almost all the carbon in logging slash and other ag waste, sequestering it as a soil amendment for centuries.
My best friend is moving away, so I'm thinking of moving too. I'd like to connect with more people, if possible. I don't even have an heir in mind yet.
