It's been around 10 years since I last cried, even though, there have been many times where it would have been appropriate for them to come. Anyone experience this or have an insight in the matter?

For a very long time I could only cry when alone. Has to do with suppressing meltdowns. Now if I really trust someone I can, but that's rare. Mostly it only happens when alone, otherwise I never cry.

Tears will come when they want to. It is not strange for people to keep a tight lid on their emotions.
