i am a natural foods slinger by trade and am familiar w/ how gluten freeness really helps alot of kids, but how is it with aspie adults?
i feel quite sure it had better be good if i'm to persuade my fella to give up triscuits & wheat thins.

I personaly like wheat products alot. When i eat too much meat or fat i feel werid. Wheat helps me have a even blood suger level. Has to be low fat bread products not donuts or the like. And finding gluten free stuff that tasted good is hard i have tryed a few and they taste awful to me.

Some of those Glutano gluten/wheat free cookies are good and taste just like the real thing. Except they are expensive because they are imported from Europe.

I do feel better on the wheat and gluten free diet. I think a lot of autistic adults would, but we crave wheat so much. I think it would help if I had someone else cooking and buying my food and help me to be on the GFCF diet.
