Yeah...from about May to July, there were some "flame-throwing" threads which depicted a "war" between the genders. This started with threads where some guy might say that "only jerks are able to get girls." The woman would then speak about "objectification" and other feminist issues.

It got pretty hairy for a while. The rhetoric got really rough and exaggerated.

It was a hard time for the moderators, too. People reported each other for sometimes petty things.

It made people feel that WrongPlanet was not the place for them, which is unfortunate.

In the L and D Section, around May through July, there was a battle royale between men and women. Mods were quite busy. People ratted on each other. Threads were locked. People were banned. I think this started the Exodus of the Mods.
