Sooo, this right here is actually my autism tattoo! Allow me to explain.

I obviously didn't want to get some stereotypical, ableist puzzle piece symbolism done, and I also didn't want it to be too obviously an autism tattoo (just for my own personal preference.)

Therefore, here I have an alien tat. The alien represents feeling different and alienated growing up. The bells represent clarity when receiving my diagnosis. The infinity symbol represents autism directly, as the rainbow infinity symbol is the accepted symbol for autism and neurodiversity.

That, and it's a cool-looking, visually-appealing, extraterrestrial-seeming alien instead of a standard alien design!

And that is that. ♡´・ᴗ・`♡

Gotta say that looks really cool, and the symbolism is on point! I could never get a tattoo myself.

For anyone else who is having problems:

I couldn't see the image in Chrome or Firefox.
It worked in Outlook.

Nice Tat.
How long did it take?
What was the level of discomfort?
How long did the pain last?

It took a couple of hours, I think two and a half.
I nearly fell asleep throughout being tattooed, so the discomfort wasn't too bad.
It's always most noticeable when they first start, but you get used to it quickly.

Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional.

My friend has 2 massive wings tattooed on his back, angel wings. No comment as to whether he has earned them or not. :D I love tattoos but don't have any.
