Alexthymia test -How do you score?
Alexithymia doesn't mean you don't have emotions, it only means that you have a hard time (or are incapable of) identifying or describing what those emotions are. I realised I had it when I was asked by my then psychologist to describe the feelings on my body (I could pinpoint that this hurt, and that hurt, and that other area was tense), and after that describe my emotions at that moment in time. I simply could not do it; I had no idea how I was feeling inside or what my emotions were, and I compared the question to someone asking a blind person to describe the colours in front of them. I feel a lot of things but I'm often confused as to what those things are.
I got 117 points - high alexithymic traits (which I knew already)

You are very likely neurodiverse (Aspie)
Did the test several times to try and see if it comes with similar score each time. Scores consistently comes back high. This isn’t something I ever thought about before,or even knew about. I’ve always struggled talking about my feelings though. It’s not something I’m very comfortable with. Especially face to face. It’s better over a computer screen or via txt. Thinking back I usually have used simpler terms to describe them.
I scored 129. I'm not surprised at that result, but overall I still think I'm a pretty sensitive and caring person who just occasionally fails to notice or understand the feelings in myself and in others.

As far as I found out in real life, the main trait I have related to alexthymia would be:
The lack of way of how to describe emotions... But it's not just emotions alone, it's also with my thoughts, my knowledge, and how I understand things -- they are more abstract than concrete.
And non acceptance of one's emotions whenever someone else is involved, that I would rather disregard it by choice for the sake of practicality... Despite the inclination to channel stuff internally, and why I don't like humans and several concepts of 'social'.
I think, it's because the things I internally channel doesn't match well or understood with those around me. If so, I have to 'translate' it into something I understood, or to ways that others understood -- which sort of dilutes whatever I was trying to convey.
External orientation is more of a workaround than a compensation to me. So I do have 'some' traits even if I'm not one.
In truth, I've been in some crossroad between the nonacceptance of emotions for the sake of practicality, and emotional intelligence and balance that I may not able to attain in this life time.
The former is more tempting so far... Mainly because it's easier and makes more sense.
I haven't committed myself to it. Not yet, despite what my experience told me, despite what my rational side told me.
Something holds me back from jumping to the decision... Maybe because I'm too young for it.
