I've just booked an appointment with my doctor to ask for referral to a food intolerance test. I think everyone should get one done. You never know, you might have a slight difficulty breathing sometimes, might not have as much energy as most people, might have difficulty sleeping or staying awake. And it could all be because you're intolerant to something you regularly eat.

Has anyone else had one done? Or will you get one done?

I have a wheat intolerance, but I still eat it. I just can't afford gluten-free food. $9 for flat bread? Well, I never!
I also take calcium and magnesium to sleep at night.
