You could always call the band Quixotic Jr., Quixotic NY (or whatever city/state you reside in), Quixotic UK (or whatever country you live in) and so forth.
Seems like there´s also a DJ Quixotic and there´s an album by Martina Topley-Bird (whoever that is) called Quixotic. I was a bit surprised since it´s not the kind of word you encounter very often. I´ve actually never seen it used in a text.
