Its not a rock its a broken segment of concrete that has been painted on its exterior.

Might have fell off a truck coming from
a demolition project or was part of a traffic barrier that was damaged in a collision.

I just won a match of CNC Zero Hour with the nuke general!! !

I built loads of overlord tanks and inferno cannons, and the allied attacks were unstoppable!! ! I also had the fewest losses. They gave in when they decided that they couldn't win, even though they had alot of war factories and black markets.
