Fruit flies drink alcohol when they are sexually frustrated.

Ingrid Bergman was taller than Yul Brynner.

He did not like that and said said ‘What a horse you are’.

It has been suggested that residing within every sufficiently massive Black Hole, is a Planck star. This is purported to resolve the Information Paradox.

Aileen Wournos was claimed by the media to have been America’s first FEMALE serial killer.

Belle Guinness, however, killed a MINIMUM of forty people, whose bodies were then fed to the pigs on her farm.

Enough bones were found, and at least one intact body, for the authorities to arrive at their estimate.

The town of Nördlingen, Germany, was built inside an old crater from a meteor that once crashed into the countryside. Residents have incorporated parts of the meteor into their town, including the church - which is encrusted with meteorites and microscopic diamonds.

The Ancient Egyptian sky god of infinity, eternity, and endlessness is called “Huh.”

Huh has no gender, and can represent as either male or female. Other common names are Heh, Hah, Hauh, Hehu, and Hauhet - which is the name of the feminine Huh.

When he was promoting Jaws in 1976, Steven Spielberg had a chance encounter with one of his cinematic idols; the idol being Sir Alfred Hitchcock.

Spielberg was delighted to be meeting one of his cinematic idols, but Hitchcock insulted Steven Spielberg by saying:

"Oh...you're the one who made that awful shark movie."

The big chap liked his food. Not sure he liked women all that much. Frenzy is my favourite so far but I must watch more when I am able.

There's a song/instrumental from about 1958 or so called "Tequila." It was done by the Champs.

I miss champ! With mean lightly spiced sausage, baked beans and loads of bread and butter. I'd prefer proper bread - the supermarket mass-produced stuff is what my mother bought. I was brought up on it (as were many English people) but I would take it further in future and go and compare.

I quite like rugbrød - pumpernickel isn't quite right. Hard and unpleasant.

I like English bread much better than US bread.

A decent loaf costs only like a pound at Sainsbury's; whereas a decent loaf of bread in the US costs like $2.50 or so.
