to do a proper stereotypical comic russian accent, you must adopt a uvular bias in your posterior tongue movements, drop articles, roll Rs, roughen/aspirate H sounds, blunt TH sounds, replace short vowels with long vowels, turn all "uh" sounds into "ah" sounds, among many other things.
