Ya this fits for me when looking at the careers

INFJs are effective in occupations involving substantial intellectual work, caring for other people, and requiring creativity.

That is so me very intellectual want to help people and very creative. People with this include Mother Teresa and Nelson Mandala not at all surprised by that since of my main special interests is social justice issues around the globe.

I've done the test a couple of times and it's always INTJ, with I = 100% and the other dimensions show low percentages. Many WP members have similar results.

I think those low numbers reflect my inability to decide what to answer. There are clearly questions that ask basically the same thing in different wording. If I answer one question this way and another question that way, they pull in opposite directions and the percentages are bound to stay low. Besides, the whole test is obviously designed for NTs, there are no such questions we would find essential, like

Do you find most other people unbearable s**theads? (Y/N)
Do you think animals are more important than people? (Y/N)
Do you prefer living in a fantasy world of your own? (Y/N)

I wouldn't blink an eye answering Yes to all three.

However, the test itself is interesting and I find the explanatory section of all 16 combinations fascinating. It's better than my own attempt to design a somewhat similar, yet 3-dimensional, descriptive system of personalities.

I just re-took the test, and I'm an ISTJ

I think this result is actually more realistic than the one I had before (ISTP), because I got that result when I just started my current job, and I was sort of "high on life". Now that I've settled into that job, and rediscovered how much I hate dealing with people, I'm kind of back to where I used to be before I started working.
