All weekend I've been really nauseous, to the point of wanting to throw up, and my stomach is also hurting. My head and ears are hurting too. I also was having some dizzy spells again, and this afternoon it's turned into really bad lightheadedness with my body feeling weakish.

Your symptoms seem similar to those of Vertigo. Have you seen a doctor about it yet?

But the dizzy spells are separate from the headache, and the nausea/stomach pain is still here all the time. I don't think that's vertigo.

do you have a fever? what you list are classic symptoms of a very high fever
The symptoms you list could be from any one of a hundred different things. The only way you are going to know is if you go to the doctor, were they can examine you and run some tests.

Nope, no fever.
It's pretty much gone now except really bad fatigue, so I don't know what to do. I'm tired of going to my doctor too, he just doesn't seem to care :/
