No increase or decrease here, as that is what I ended up voting.

everything kinda stayed the same, both confidence wise, and physically. I dont really gain or loose or anything else. It just seems my body adjusts itself.

I've always found increased physical condition leading to increased self-confidence to be a truism; also the NT's just seem to read it in people, and use it as a factor is social ranking.

I feel much healthier physically, but there is no discernible difference in confidence or self-perception.

No improvement. Only confident people are confident. You can be beautiful, physically fit, intelligent, sophisticated but if you're not confident, you're not confident.
