Headaches

So I was wondering is it just me that gets huge headaches once in a while? If I stare at a computer screen for a long time or the TV and when I am done I would have a pounding headache for sevral hours. The symptoms I have with it is that it causes me to react slowly and have poor self awareness and my reaction speed is slow and I wonder is this just natural or is it because I have been staring at a screen for a long time? This happens frequently and I screw up a lot or I don't know what is going on. What causes you to have headaches?

Headache runs in my family. I have one almost on a daily basis. It may be due to looking at computer screens for too long, but for me, that rarely has anything to do with it. When I'm away from computers and TVs, the headaches still come.

Get a physical, also have your eyes checked. We'll talk after you get that done.
