There is a guy I really like, so tommorow I am going to give him a letter asking him out for a cup of coffee at a cafe. I've written it, and it is short and to the point.

He's very much like me, and he has a great personality (and is very good looking which is a plus+).
This is my first time at dating.

I have changed my avatar to reflect my feelings.

We can either try to "fit in" with the rest of society, or we can be so egocentric that we can't be bothered.
I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.

Yes he did accept my invite. In fact he said "Yes, I would very much like to meet up with you".
Now it is down to him. He has my phone number & my email address so he can contact me to meet on a day and at a time convienient to him.

I'll wait, and if he:
1). does get in touch with a convientient day & time for us to meet then I'll know that he is interested.
2). doesn't get in touch then I know that he isn't interested.

If he doesn't get in touch then I will TRY to find a partner elsewhere.
