"Songs of the Gorilla Nation"

It's a pretty good book about AS. The guidance counselor at school wanted me to read it because they suspect I have AS. Apparently my secret won't be lasting much longer .

The harry potter series... again

How many times is that now? I am ashamed to admit that I have not even read them all twice yet, having read more of the fanfiction and debate after reading them initially. I keep meaning to...

I can't count. I've read them A LOT. I've certainly got my money's worth.

HBP I've read about 2 or 3 times, OOTP 4 or 5, the earlier ones more.

Sourcery by Terry Pratchett. Have recently read Going Postal, Feet of Clay and Thud! by the same author. I also have recently read Ghost in the Shell 2: Man-Machine Interface, Doctor Who: The Inside Story, and am starting on OHMSS by Ian Fleming and re-reading House of Leaves by Mark Danielwski, an excellent book for people who like psychological horror, as well as unusual typography on the pages (many times, the pages are very short, or even turned to unusual angles, and have pages-long footnotes. There are at least three 'stories' going on at once: the examination of a film of a bizarre house, the footnotes of the blind, yes, blind editor Zampano, and the story of a further editor, Johnny Truant).

Shadow Rising (Book Four of the Wheel of Time Series): By Robert Jordan. I recommend this series to anyone who is a fan of fantasy or deeply involved books.

I just finished reading The Stupidest Angel by Christopher Moore. I loved it, so I might read it over again. It's quick.

I'm right now reading the German version of David Sedaris' "Me Talk Pretty One Day" and listen at the same time to the English audiobook version, a great way to practice!

I love his books, they have that kind of humor which totally appeals to me. By the way, I also sometimes get the feeling that he's quite Aspie-like.

I'm currently reading Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. Victorian novels are my favorite, but I'll read just about anything.

I've also recently been fascinated with the Amish lifestyle, so I've read all the books by Beverly Lewis. They're Christian literature, and I'm not Christian, but I still like them. Strangely, I've enjoyed quite a few books by Christian authors. I think it's the fact that we have similar moral beliefs.
