For some reason I listen to music in other languages all because I apperciate that country's culture. Is that normal or is that just...weired???

That's normal. I appreciate a lot of music in different languages. Mind you, I really don't like Quebec French gangster rap, but maybe that's just me

I like a some music in other languages, but i like to have a translation of the lyrics so i know what they are saying.

I like music in other languages, and I also like instrumental music from other cultures. Every region of the world has its own style of music. I am finding new stuff that interest me all the time. Current favorites, Indian Steel guitar, African guitar, and Hawiian music.

I have a fondness for Russian rock and metal, in particular. I just like the sound of the language, really.

It's not terribly uncommon, but I do know that some/many? people don't like to listen to music they can't understand the lyrics to. I like to listen to music in a variety of languages, regardless of comprehension or lackthereof.
