Yeah, you've got some pretty good beats. Didn't have a chance to listen to it all but I can definitely tell you get it.

Hey guys,
Tyler here, brand spankin new member. I'm 24 and it was just a few days ago that I discovered asperger's. So many questions answered but still a total mindf*ck.

Hehe, not my style of music but *damn* is that disturbed  . Good stuff especially in that you guys took an ambience and just rocked out hard on it, the EQing and everything else is real stylized and when I listen I'm almost waiting to hear the kinds of Nine Inch Nails or horror movie filmscore sounds like synth pads slipping backwards and stuff like that. Keep going with that, I think you've definitely got something.

Thank you so much. People seldom are actually into my music but I'm not about popularity. I'm about a cult following. Perhaps a documentary will be in my future. That would be great. :P

I have uploaded my first complete album. :D

I just need a logo for my "Scope" label, and the album "Volume I". :)

Yeah, and another thing I'm really looking forward too - I have a friend who does some really sick blues stuff, kinda like your vocalist but she's less on the Johnny Cash sort of page, I've probably likened her a lot more to a female Brad Nowell in the mood intensive delivery - she pulls off these sort of Luscious Jackson/Letters for Cleo type vocal riffs in her stuff too; I'm absolutely *dying* to get an acapella off of her and tear s--- up on it .

Nice. I hadn't listened Letter to Cleo before (I had however heard the Cheap Trick cover). I like 'em. I just watched the Here and Now video and a few other life performances.

Yeah, that's my lil sis doing the vocals. We just started recording a bunch of new tracks. I love to jump genres and with it comes a jump in her singing styles. So friggan excited. You aint heard nothing yet.

Oh, I love it! You're singer reminds me Lou Reed... singing of pirates.

Thank you, thank you very much :) I'm the singer, mostly. Unless it's Pirate Queen, where it's my wife :)

I made a theme tune for the forum! :D

It's also part of an album I'm making at the moment... and the song is influenced from the film "sunshine"

Sick tune. Seems like ambiance is the hardest things for most people to nail and the people who can nail it care a lot about getting it right to the last details.

Links to my stuff are in my signature. I was going to try remixing them again cos I cannot seem to get the mixes quite right, particularly on 'Whales!', but i did not try again because i suddenly got depressed just in time :( plus, all tracks except for 'A Kite' are done using only synth instruments until I get the mixing down, so some of the tracks might sound kind of overdone and/or awful. The first link to 'Ultridian music' is my main project I guess, if I have one.

Note: most of my music is pretty light-hearted, and there are numerous sections in there that I find hilarious. These are on purpose! :D

I'm far too self-centred to listen to all of the music on this thread, but I clicked through most of the links and I particularly love Lemon's 'If It' (for its captivating sound) and Miku's 'Seagulls' (brilliant pianism). Dance music etc is seldom my thing (although it is sometimes, which is why I have a project partially dedicated to it), but nitro's chiptunes are pretty cool.

EDIT: Right, I have quickly fixed up 'Whales!' in Goldwave seeing as my Fruityloops choose this precise moment to pack in due to a certain "registration key issue" :o
Hopefully Myspace will be finished processing it soon so that none of my adoring fans will have to miss out on the slight alteration of this track. :)

EXTRA EDIT: Seeing as I am slightly drunk, I love you all.

Another song I'm making, kind of classical styled:

clicky

It's the intro of my 60-minute song that I'm trying to make - so far it's been 2 months in the making.

That's brilliant. It's like Jean-Michel Jarre Plus! It also reminds me of 'Requiem' from the AKIRA OST by Geinoh Yamashirogumi.

A new Amen-based track. The style is breakcore.

http://www.joritjkemppi.net

A couple of songs I've made during the last two years or so available for download at the discography section. Some available as MP3, others only available as Ogg Vorbis - if someone has problems with playing Ogg Vorbis files, I can provide temporary MP3 download links.

Dramatic and atmospheric electronic stuff, with influence from Amon Tobin, Orbital and Ulver as well as Angelo Badalamenti and Goblin.

Also, a brief preview clip of stuff I've been working on lately available at http://myspace.com/joritjkemppi.
