This tune was covered by two groups/persons. "Never Can Say Good Bye" was written for and sung by the Jackson 5, then it was covered by Gloria Gaynor and re-covered by "The Communards". Both the Gloria Gaynor 12 inch version and The Communards 12 inch version are popular at dance clubs.

The Communards cover of "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston. They have a decent cover of ABBA's "Dancing Queen". Richard Coles is probably a top tier keyboardist in "The Communards" and music overall.
