^ It's not always a matter of feeling, sometimes others really do not regard one as a sexual being.

In certain demographics and certain phases of life, I was totally one.

There are some girls who would like you....because you have a debating way about you.

They like intellectual challenges; they feel arguments of that nature could turn into really hot sex.

How old you may I ask? I read that most men become really sexually invisible past 39.

Tho I think some are born so.

Only paedophiles see babies as sexual beings, so being born sexually invisible is the norm. Sexual visibility has to be earned, and not everyone succeeds at it.

lol holy s**t man......I really didn't mean it like this.

It was more like "born destined to be sexually invisible when become adults" (due to certain genetic makeup).

Yeah, I was for pretty much all of graduate school. I don't think anyone there saw me as a sexual being. It wasn't just because everyone was into studying, because they were all into relationships with each other and having plenty of sex. I guess I wasn't a good fit there. But in my last semester in grad school I got a girlfriend and overcame that! Most of them had graduated by then so I couldn't do a "So there!" to them.

Idk. I haven't felt sexual invisability yet and I am 58. I think part is not letting yourself go physically and part is one's attitude about it and what you project. Then again I may be completely self-delusional.

I'm 16 years past 39--and I'm not sexually invisible!

Jack Benny was sexually invisible, though---and he remained 39 for the rest of his life after he turned 39.
